Calls made mid-morning can still result in a clean finished before 6 PM.

Three things determine whether a same-day slot exists: time of call, location, and current crew availability.
Time of Call
The availability window — the hours during which Shine Up accepts bookings and can still dispatch a crew — is 9 AM to 6 PM. A call at 9:30 AM has the most options. A call at 3 PM has fewer. There’s a realistic booking cutoff — the latest point in the day a request can still result in a completed clean — that varies based on the day and what’s already scheduled.
Location Within the Service Area
Shine Up operates within a 6–10 mile radius of ZIP code 60661. We do not serve the South Side. A North Side address in Wicker Park, Lakeview, or Logan Square is reachable. An address outside the service boundary isn’t, regardless of urgency.
Current Crew Availability
Same-day slots are limited by how many crews are already running scheduled jobs that day. Weekday mornings typically have more open slots than Saturday afternoons. We cannot create availability that doesn’t exist. What we can do is tell you immediately whether today is possible — and if it’s not, whether tomorrow has an early opening.
